A piece of Brisbane's shadier side, the site of the notorious Bubbles Bath-House, illegal casino and massage parlour is going to auction
 
An infamous icon in Brisbane 144 Wickham Street, the home of Fortitude Valley institution Les Bubbles, goes to auction 16 November.
 
It comes fully tenanted over two leases with five years remaining on each.
 
Containing a net leasable area of 543 sqm on a land area of 238 sqm over three levels, Ray White Commercial Gold Coast Commercial's Simon Robertson and Brad Merkur are marketing the property.
 
Mr Robertson said the property was steeped in history and offers potential buyers a rare opportunity to purchase an asset that has gone down in Brisbane folklore and also functions as a tourist attraction.

The property is located roughly two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.
