The serviced apartment/hotel is expected to sell for above $55 million.
Situated in the heart of Mascot, 15-17 Bourke Road property is 2,440 square metres.
It comprises 123 serviced apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, set across seven levels.
It is currently let until 2027, the Knight Frank listing agency advised.
The Adina Mascot features an approximately 257 square metre café/bar on the ground floor.
It is located Sydney’s airport precinct opposite the Qantas headquarters.
