Westside Motor Inn, Ashfield sold for $8.3 million

Manenti Quinlan & Associates has sold the Westside Motor Inn sold at auction.
It sold on a yield of 6% after a campaign that generated 86 enquiries.
The 35 room motel had undergone a full refurbishment in the last two years.
It occupies a prime position on Liverpool Road, close to the Sydney CBD, Wests Leagues Club, Ashfield Railway Station and Shopping Precinct.
The interest in this property was from both local and overseas investor / operators.
The new owners will continue to operate the business.
