The 632 Old Northern Road, Dural property (pictured above) was sold at auction for $5.5 million acting under the instructions of the agent of the mortgagee, Ian Purchas of SV partners.
It was last sold in 2016 for the same price of $5.5 million.

The block hold two large function rooms and is zoned RU6 Transition.
