Built in 1915, it was marketed as suitable for many uses including as medical consulting/physio or wellbeing centre.
It was listed for sale with the price of $950,000 last year.
It was sold earlier this month by Mark Fragias from Ray White Randwick & Bondi Junction.
Situated at 374-376 Arden Street, the internal comes with polished floors.
