Bentleigh East childcare centre sold for $5.6 million

An overseas investor has snapped up a childcare centre in Bentleigh East.
The 359-361 Chesterville Road, offering in bayside Melbourne sold for $5.6 million just after auction.
It has a new 20-year lease with options to childcare operator Think Child Care.
The 451 square metre building on a 1184 square metre sold on a 5.85% yield.
Savills Australia's Julian Heatherich, Benson Zhou and Mark Stafford secured the sale for a private investor.
