Savills are marketing a two level office space in the centre of the Sydney CBD.

The office space spans levels 14 and 15 of the 22 level building at 175 Pitt Street near Martin Place. 

The building had a substantial upgrade which was completed in 2010.

Each level comprises 1,057 sqm, totalling 2104 sqm of floor area. 

The space is available for $715 per sqm, which equates to just over $752,000, per floor, per annum.

Savills agents Chris Rowe and Christina Malcolm are marketing the lease in the A Grade office block.
