Redfern's popular dining hub The Alchemy listed

Four commercial premises in Redfern's popular dining hub The Alchemy have been listed for sale.

The properties on the corner of Pitt and Redfern Streets are currently home to restaurants Bart Jr, Fern St, Isaacs and the recently opened Juan.

Isaacs restaurant takes up two shop spaces.

The net income range from $54,000 per annum to $143,000. Each premises has new five to eight year leases.

The properties in the recently completed development are being offered for sale individually or all together.

The ground floor offerings sit beneath apartments. 

Ray White Commercial agents Scott Stephens, Justin Rose, Samuel Hadgelias and Jeff Moxham are marketing the property for a June 13 auction.

Each space was bought in 2016 and 2017, with the purchase prices totalling just over $3.5 million.
