Cricket Victoria lists East Melbourne HQ

Cricket Victoria has listed its East Melbourne headquarters.
It is a low-rise office on a 1,114 square metre block at 86-90 Jolimont Street.
It is listed through Colliers International.
The cricket body hopes to attract investors willing to spend above $10 million.
Cricket Australia has occupied its Jolimont site for around three decades.
It recently moved to the Citipower Centre at the Junction Oval in St Kilda.
The development opportunity is opposite a public park next to the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The property has been listed in conjunction with transaction advisors Charter Keck Cramer.
