The 18 room hotel on a 770 square metre Flinders Street parcel has the potential for a residential conversion and additional units, suggests Ray White Commercial agents Peter Kotzias and Loughlin Bataille.
The property is steeped in the early history of Sydney and dates back to the mid 1850s.
It last traded for $3.3 million in 2009.
