Agent Kirsten Mueller has joined The Agency, the latest in the line of defectors from McGrath.

“Kirsten Mueller is one of the most focussed and professional agents I have met,” Matt Lahood, The Agency’s CEO says.

Mueller aims to build a powerful team on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

“I am so excited to work for a brand and around people where I don’t feel like my wings are clipped anymore. Around people that support you and push you to succeed and believe in you. It is now my time to soar like an eagle and I couldn’t be more excited,” Mueller says.

"I believe that is what Matt Lahood has created with The Agency. His model is ingenious.”

Just two years into real estate she was presenting at one of the industry’s leading conferences AREC and has held the number one position in Normanhurst since 2013 at McGrath.

"I know change to most people isn’t a big deal but for anyone who has served in the military it is a big deal.

"It is drilled into us… never abandon ship… but I had tried absolutely everything where I was,” Mueller says.

“I called Matt and he was amazing.

"He really understood why I had to do this and supported me. I will forever be thankful to Matt for that. He is a great leader.”

Real estate mentor Tom Panos once credited the former truck driver in Australian Army, as proving it was "possible transform yourself into a 7-figure agent in a short space of time".

The Doain website suggests Mueller sold 16 properties via Domain in the last 12 months , with an average sale price of $1.4 million, and these properties were on the market for an average of 28 days.

Kirsten's highest recorded sale price was $2 million for 61 Hinemoa Avenue, Normanhurst NSW 2076, a 5-bedroom house which sold at May auction.
