The property has a land area of 0.48ha and includes two main buildings. The first consists of a reception area, various open plan and enclosed offices, showers and change rooms, large warehouse and main first floor office space.

Fronting Trail Street is a federation style cottage of approximately 184 sqm. It has been utilised as a residence and more recently as administration offices for the Daily Advertiser. It comprises five main rooms with other amenities.

The site was first utilised for The Daily Advertiser over 100 years ago and has a unique place in Wagga Wagga’s cultural history and news dissemination for all of that period. This history will continue to play a part in any future use with the cottage listed in the LEP as a building of significance.

The marketing is being handled by Geoff Seymour of Fitzpatrick’s Real Estate. It is being sold through an expressions of interest campaign.
