A warehouse near Melbourne airport Tullamarine which will be used for airport parking has been leased on a five year lease term at $85,000 per annum.

The 507 sqm warehouse at 36 Tullamarine Park Road is located near the Western Ring Road with linkages to Tullamarine Freeway, Calder Highway and Melbourne Airport.

The warehouse that sits on a 2,800 sqm parcel has been leased to a local company.

It has front to rear drive through access, partitioned offices and two driveways.

CVA agents Anthony Carbone and Tom Gleeson negotiated the lease.
