Yoghurt bar leases space in Melbourne's Swan Street

A boutique yoghurt bar has agreed terms on a new lease on Richmond’s popular Swan Street retail strip.
The 186 Swan Street shop spanning 89 sqm was let at more than $55,000 per annum net on a five-year term with options.
The new business will replace a hair dressing salon.
The leasing agents were Teska Carson’s Jack Kelliher and Fergus Evans.
“The deal underlines the value of a main street address on a well-known avenue within a popular city fringe locality,” said Kelliher.
The strip has strong foot traffic and is close to public transport.
Evans added that the Swan Street strip had become very popular among food retailers with several relatively recent entrants including Doughnut Time and Hunky Dory Fish and Burger Bar.
