Walsh Bay office suite listed with $2.4 million hopes

An office suite in Sydney’s Walsh Bay has been put up for sale with a price tag of $2.4 million. 

The recent announcement that the Sydney Dance Company is set for an overhaul will reinvigorate the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct.

Suite 1 at 13 Hickson Road has an area of 148 sqm with parking and storage.

The Stephenson Mansell Group have a strong lease over the property with a long-term lease signed at market rents which have grown considerable as the undersupply of quality commercial accommodation in the CBD continues to diminish.

The suite is expected to attract strong interest as the NSW government focuses to rejuvenate the former working ports into a world class cultural precinct.
