Two office suites in Sydney CBD’s prized financial precinct have changed hands for a total of nearly $1.2 million in separate deals.

Both the suites at 84 Pitt Street were sold via private treaty.

The building, once known as the Australian Business & Conference Travel House, spans 15 storeys and includes almost 70 strata titled units.

The suite at the rear of Level 1 of 74 sqm sold for $705,000, while another 43 sqm suite on the southern side of Level 10 sold for $475,000.

The deals were negotiated by Ray White Commercial’s John Skufris and Will Mulvihill of Henderson & Horning on behalf of private owners.

"Both suites sold via private treaty with purchasers planning to eventually owner occupy,” said John Skufris of Ray White.

Another 75 sqm office suite near Martin Place is on the market. The suite is located at Hengrove Hall, 193 Macquarie Street.
