The Brookfield Maze, in Central Victoria, has been listed for sale.

Avid gardener Eryl Neil and husband Jeffrey began building the maze, in 2010 on the 2.3 hectare parcel.

The four-bedroom homestead at 1121 Benalla-Whitfield Road, comes with 60-seat cafe and two bedroom guest house comes.

The property is listed through Garry Nash & Co agent Garry Nash.

He is asking for $1 million plus.

Since Eryl and Jeffrey opened the maze, which was designed to be somewhat of a challenge, in 2014 some 14,000 customers tackled the challenge.
It takes on average between 20 and 30 minutes to complete.
