A shop in Sydney’s inner suburb of Paddington is up for lease.

The ground floor space at 416 Oxford Street resides in Paddington’s café and shopping precinct.

It has an area of 55 sqm and the lease is expected to be around $60,000 pa.

The building has been fully refurbished.  

The leasing agents were John Skufris of Ray White Commercial and Dean Applegate of Laing & Simmons.

“The property is located on the northern, high side of the street about 150 metres from Queen Street and has been renovated to a high standard,” Skufris said.

Applegate said the retail space had received enquiries for pop-ups but lessor will also seek a longer term tenant.
