The freestanding facility at 17 Strathaird Road, Bundall, is being marketed by Wayne Devenport of Ray White.

The auction will be held on October 26. Park Trent, the property advisory group, have been there with signage rights.

The partially tenanted property is on a land area of 3,492 sqm with total building area of 1,931 sqm.
