A shop in Sydney’s inner suburb of Darlinghurst has been listed for auction on October 12 with price expectations of more than $3 million.

The 2 Neild Avenue shop has an internal area of 289 sqm, wide street frontage and floor to ceiling glass windows which could suit creative businesses looking for high exposure, according to listing agents Jordan Lee and James Cowan of Colliers International.

“This property is prominently located in East Darlinghurst adjoining Rushcutters Bay close to the new Volvo and BMW dealership and popular restaurants Popolo, Bar Machiavelli, & Janus et Cie,” said Jordan Lee.

Cowan added that the property property would suit a variety of users, enabling an investor to set up a restaurant, office, gym, retail display or showroom.
