The iconic Stanthorpe estate on St Kilda Hill, which was built in 1874 for Scotland-born merchant Andrew Sutherland, has been listed for sale.

Also known as Stafford House and The Manse, the double-storey mansion on a 2880 sqm Barkly Street parcel has in recent years been occupied as offices.

The arched entrance hall with Ferguson & Urie stained glass window still has the Sutherland family crest.

An St Kilda commercial property has been listed for sale.

Located at 42 Barkly Street, the 1814 sqm property is currently a commercial zone 1 landholding.

There is off-street parking for 25 plus cars as well as access via St Kilda Road.

The property has a wide variety of potential including owner occupier, corporate or organisation headquarters, medical offices, gallery or hospitality or residential (STCA).
