Its history dates back to 1853. The hotel last changed hands for $8.4 million in 2005, according to CoreLogic data.
It has strong cash flows across all departments, says the description.
The site is also suited for mid-scale apartment or hotel development subject to council approvals, according to marketing agents Leon Alaban and Sean Dollar of Savills.
