Office suites in Brisbane's iconic 180 Queen Street building up for lease

A heritage-listed commercial building in Brisbane’s retail precinct of Queen Street Mall is offering offices for lease.
The 180 Queen Street building was formerly the National Australia Bank Building.
Several floors of the eight-storey building were refurbished into smaller style executive suites. Office suites up for lease range from 15 sqm to 65 sqm.
It is also NABERS exempt.
The leasing agents are Conor Whiting and Andrea Cano of Colliers.
The property is held by Abacus Property Group and global investment firm Heitman LLC in a joint venture.
