Beachfront sites near Whitsundays on the market

Two beachfront blocks of land in Whitsundays have been put on the market through Burgess Rawson. 

‘The Beaches’ is a beachfront block on the white sands of Funnel Bay at Airlie Beach. It is being touted as the “last absolute beachfront opportunity”.

The land comprises 10 blocks that will have access to the tropical, palm-studded beachfront enclave. It is close to Airlie Beach.

‘The Waikiki’ at Funnel Bay off Langford Road, is a house and land package designed for dual occupancy. 

It combines a three-bedroom beach house and a one-bedroom studio apartment on a single 1,363 sqm block plus 1,498 sqm of exclusive beachfront area.

According to its description, it will offer guaranteed net income of $40,000 p.a. for two years and will have a holiday apartment for personal use.

The sites are being offered through an expressions of interest campaign ending August 17
