Michael Willems sells Slacks Creek property

Michael Willems, who moved from selling trophy houses to marketing commercial and industrial properties, has just sold his first pub.
The Ray White Commercial agent found a buyer, at $1.9 million, for a Slacks Creek hotel that has been on the market for nine months.
The Moss Street International comes with a bottleshop.
It has been sold by a company associated with John Dalziel.
The purchaser of the 5000 sqm site, which lends itself to industrial development, has not been revealed.
