Q1 office sales in Victoria total over $730 million: Savills

Victoria had three office sales in the first quarter of 2017 for a combined total of $730.5 million dollars, with New South Wales nine sales for a total of $605.8 million according to the Quarter Times National Office report from Savills.
Some 14 leases were signed in Victoria and Queensland during that time and 13 in New South Wales.
Office sales in the North Shore of Sydney totalled $446 million in the first quarter, wth Macquarie Park $120 million and the CBD at $9 million.
Sales in the Canberra suburb of Civic came to $321 million and the Brisbane fringe $205.5 million.
