Quest Macquarie Park donated $5,000 to Muscular Dystrophy NSW (MDNSW), a not-for-profit organisation providing services to people living with a neuromuscular condition, as well as their families and carers throughout NSW.

The services they provide are catered to each individual's needs and it works towards enabling them to live a fulfilling life.

Quest Macquarie Park franchisee Shane Anderson was honored to present the donation to MDNSW.

"I am very proud to be able to contribute to an organisation that supports people who are effected by Muscular Dystrophy," he said.

"It’s inspiring to see the work that MDNSW does, addressing social, educational, medical and financial needs of those effected by neuromuscular conditions.

"Keeping such a great charity in operation is of great importance to the entire community – I hope that I can motivate others to join me in ensuring its good work can continue.

"We want to continue to support the local community just as it continues to support Quest Macquarie Park.

"What better way to do so than to donate to a charity that operates in our very own community?"

Muscular Dystrophy NSW general manager Charlotte Sangster expressed her gratitude to Quest Macquarie Park for its donation and commitment to ongoing support.

"Our vision at Muscular Dystrophy NSW is to improve the quality of life for all people living with this devastating condition," she said.

"Quest Macquarie Park’s generous donation will significantly contribute towards making this vision a reality through funding wonderful programs such as children’s camps, adult retreats, sport and recreation programs and essential equipment."

Quest Macquarie Park opened its doors in December 2016, boasting 111 Studio, One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments, over six levels.

Located at 71 Epping Road the new hotel also includes on-site parking, a conference room, BBQ area and gym.
