Melbourne new listings spurt to 8,010: CoreLogic

The total number of new listings in Melbourne has increased, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says new listings in Melbourne are up by 6.4 percent over the same time last year to 8,010.

However the number of total listings has declined slightly by 0.6 percent to sit at 28,788.

This is in contrast to Perth where the total number of new listings have declined by 5.1 percent compared to the same period last year.

A month ago there were 7400 new listings across Melbourne.

A two bedroom apartment at G17/61 Mackenzie Street, Melbourne (above) has recently been listed for between $760,000 to $830,000.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 56 Ardlie Street, Attwood (below) has recently been listed for an estimated price reserve of between $700,000 to $750,000.
