A beachside location in the Gold Coast with development approval for 38 apartments has been listed for sale by Savills.

The site at 3550 Main Beach Pde & 33 Pacific Street, Main Beach, has views over the ocean, the Broadwater and south to Surfers Paradise and beyond.

The site area is 1,510 sqm and the zoning is multi-unit.

The DA approval provides for 38 end-user apartments and 22 levels.

The site is close to Tedder Avenue Restaurants, Marina Mirage and Versace International Hotel and shopping.

Apartments designed for end users are in very short supply in Main Beach, according to listing agent Kevin Carmody

He said this was the “last development opportunity on Main Beach Parade”.
