Malvern East tops REIV unit median price growth with 24 percent

Malvern East has the highest growth for unit prices in Victoria according to the REIV.

Over the March quarter, Malvern East’s unit median price has risen by 24.1 percent from $621,500 to $771,000.

This is followed by Brighton with 23.50 percent and Reservoir with 21.40 percent.
