The median price of houses in West Pennant Hills is $1.65 million, which is an increase of $105,000 compared to last year's median price.

The area also has 668 more website listing visits than most suburbs in NSW.

Older residents account for the majority of the area with 31% living in the area with 15 percent of established residents as the second largest.
