A Chinese BBQ restaurant will open up in a High Street building in Preston, following a deal negotiated by Fitzroys.

The two-level, 355 square metre 449 High Street building has a ground floor area of 280 square metres and first floor of 75 square metres.

Terence Yeh struck the terms of the deal with North China BBQ at $108,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST on behalf of a private owner.

Yeh said the property presented a very rare opportunity for a business to a gain a presence in a popular and tightly held area.

“Enquiry came from a range of operators who all recognised the scarcity of this type of offering, including banks, hospitality businesses and service retailers,” he said.
