The property is zoned Commercial 1, with 26 metres frontage to Station Street, 30 metres to Chelsea Road and additional frontage to Chelsea Lane at the rear.

According to marketing agents, Teska Carson’s Matthew Feld and Larry Takis and Moss Property’s, James Moss, Commercial 1 the property is on the market for the first time in 25 years and would be sold subject to two short term leases, currently returning $46,380 per annum.

"This is a fantastic beachside location which has seen significant growth in recent years with a wide variety of commercial and residential development within close proximity,’’ Feld said.

“The location also benefits from excellent public transport, easy access via major arterial routes, and close proximity to all essential amenities.”
