Located at 80 Ryrie Street, the CBD property, close to the Corio Bay Foreshore Reserve, was offered with a guidance of $550,000 plus GST.
It has frontage and exposure in a professional services district.
It was offered through Colliers International agents Ben Young and Jonathon Lumsden.
