Canberra fresh listings spike by 48 percent: CoreLogic

Canberra has the highest number of fresh properties being listed compared with 12 months ago, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Canberra’s number of new listing rose by 48.8 percent, to a total of 903.

However it only has an increase of 4.6 percent for the number of total listings compared with a year ago.

Hobart’s total listing declined 18.1 percent to a total of 1,868 despite an increase of 35.1 percent in the number of Hobart’s new listings.

However Melbourne has the highest increase of new properties in the last 12 months with a rise of 22.7 percent.
