A convenience store with an apartment in the rear in NSW’s Fitzroy Falls has just sold for an undisclosed sum.

The Fitzroy Falls General Store at 1351 Nowra Road, Fitzroy Falls, NSW 2577 is currently under a three-year lease to new tenants with further option of another three years.

The two-bedroom flat at the rear of the premises is occupied by the tenants.

The store is a historic part of the local area, supplying much-needed groceries for local residents, as well as fuel, fast food and coffee for travellers.

The store currently returns 6.86% + GST NETT, and the property description says it would make up an ideal part of a buyer’s Superannuation Fund.

The land area is nearly 1,700 sqm. The property was last advertised in September 2015 for a price tag of $550,000 and spend 532 days on the market, RP Data shows.

The selling agent was Terry Murphy of Terry Murphy Property Sales & Management .
