A retail property leased to a cafe in Sydney’s Darlinghurst has recently sold for $940,000 at a rate of more than $17,000 sqm.

Located at 13a Burton Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010, the 55sqm property is leased to "Cafe on Burton" for $54,750 plus GST.

Located next to Pocket Bar and opposite the Commons, with a constant thoroughfare of people going to and from work.

The cafe is on a new lease for three years plus an option for a further five years. Rent increases are 3% annually and lessee pays 50% outgoings in the first year and 100% from the second year.

The selling agent was Daniel Marano of Oxford Agency.
