A beachfront shop on the tourist strip in Gold Coast’s Coolangatta has sold for $725,000 through Ray White.
The 15/120 Marine Parade, Coolangatta, Qld 4225 property is tenanted by Beach Seafoods which is on a four-year lease with options to extend it twice.
It has a land area of 91 sqm.
The net income after all expenses from the property is $52,838 plus GST with provision for annual CPI increases.
The selling agent was Dru Morgan of Ray White.
