Chloe Brookman, one half of children's nursery emporium Olli Ella, and her husband Charlie Wheeler are looking to flip their Balmain park-side home.

The couple paid $1.4 million for the Federation semi in 2015. It took two years to find the dilapidated doer-upper.

Cobden & Hayson agent Matthew Hayson is taking the three bedroom Elliott Street Federation-era home to auction February 25. Around $1.85 million is tipped.

They turned it into an informal and relaxed family living space while maintaining some of its original features.

Spot the difference.

After tearing up the old carpets to show off the original oak flooring, French doors now lead out to a landscaped north-facing garden with custom seating.

Chloe, Charlie and their three kids moved to Australia four years ago after Chloe and her Clerkenwell sister Olivia set up Olli Ella when they were both living in London.

The cool children's nursery store has spread globally as Chloe headed up the company's new base in Australia.
