Housing affordability in NSW is at an all time low as most regions of NSW has a mid to high price to income ratio.
Ryde, the inner south west and Sydney's eastern suburb among the least affordable locations based on income, according to a CoreLogic study.
CoreLogic has produced a heatmap that pinpoints the regions with the highest price to income ratios.
