Adelaide homes stay on the market for 56 days on average: CoreLogic

The average time that a house in Adelaide stays on the market is 56 days, according to CoreLogic’s latest report, as at early January 2017.

The property data firm says that the average time for a unit in Adelaide is 64 days.

Darwin homes takes the longest time to sell with an average of 103 days on the market while units in Perth takes 93 days to sell.

Sydney is the place where properties take the least amount of time to sell with 35 days for homes and 41 days for units.
