Scott Juniper's Cube Developments launches $33 million beach house project Vibe at Coolum

Scott Juniper of Cube Developments has launched Vibe Coolum, a $33 million beach house designer home project at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast.

Prices are from $645,000 to $825,000.

Vibe Coolum will comprise of 43 premium individual beach houses close to patrolled surf beaches, surf club, boardwalks, tranquil coves and a thriving café strip.

Mr Juniper said Vibe Coolum would offer seven unique styles to choose from.

Starting from $645,000, the beach houses will feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms.

They will have use of a resident’s pool and BBQ area.

Juniper said 10 of the properties will be equipped for SOHO (small office/home office) businesses offering 51 sqm of street-front access to either work from home or run a boutique coastal business.

Currently selling off the plan, Vibe Coolum is expected to be completed by end-2017.
