A stationery business have leased a mixed-use commercial property in the heart of Camberwell.

The retail/office space at 638 Burke Road is situated in a prime location offering dual street frontages, according to Teska Carson selling agent Tom Maule.

"The premises was a good fit for a tenant which required a prime location with a flexible space and room for expansion,’’ he said.

He said the tenant had required a spacious retail area with office and storage areas in a location which offered first rate exposure to prospective clients. 

The dual street frontage sees a high level of foot traffic and there is ample on-site parking at the rear.

The 145 sqm premises, which includes ground floor retail and a first floor office, was let for three years at $120,000 per annum at a rate of $827 per sqm
