The property at 56B Fawcett Crescent comprises a brand new warehouse/office facility totalling 2,321 square metre and a secure 3,000 square metre yard.

CBRE’s Warick Irving, who is leasing the property on behalf of Perth Airport, said the property represented an opportunity to secure a presence in one of Perth’s leading industrial hubs.
