Business Warehouse strikes leasing deal in Laverton North

Shelving provider Business Warehouse has signed a three year lease in a factory facility in Laverton North through CBRE’s Todd Grima and Harry Kalaitzis.
The deal, comprising a 385sqm office and 4,312sqm warehouse is at 12 William Angliss Drive.
The property features a 10 metre loading canopy, four on-grade doors, two recessed loading docks and an architecturally designed office.
