Central Park launches commercial leasing at One Hundred Broadway

Joint venture partners, Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia, have launched the commercial leasing campaign for One Hundred Broadway, located in the $2 billion masterplanned Central Park precinct.

It features  5,500 sqm of office space across six levels and is due for completion in mid-late 2018.

One Hundred Broadway is the commercial space element of the DUO tower designed by architects Foster + Partners on the corner of Abercrombie Street and Broadway in Sydney's Chippendale.

The building will feature a glass façade floating above the restored, heritage-significant The Australian Hotel.
