Lantern Hotels Group lists Five Dock Hotel

Lantern Hotels Group has sold the Ambarvale Hotel in Sydney’s southwest and listed the Five Dock Hotel with an estimated combined value of more than $50 million.
The Ambarvale Hotel sold for $21.2 million
The group sold the Commodore and Uncle Bucks hotelsr ecently.
Lantern now has Ray White’s Andrew Jolliffe selling the Five Dock Hotel and is expected to sell for more than $30m.
It has three levels and 30 gaming machines.
