Hunter region retail showroom fetches $560,000

A retail showroom in NSW’s Weston leased to a leading fashion brand has changed hands for $560,000 through Burgess Rawson.
The freestanding retail building at 94-96 Cessnock Road, Weston is on a three-year lease until December 2018 to Millers Fashion, which is wholly owned by retail giant Specialty Fashion Group.
The single-tenanted investment property earns a net income of $40,615 per annum, plus GST.
The selling agent was Rhys Parker of Burgess Rawson.
It sits on a land area of 1619 square metres.
Weston is in the Cessnock LGA in the Hunter Region.
