A quaint hotel in Queensland’s North Rockhampton has just been snapped up for $200,000.

The two-storey hotel at 385 Lakes Creek Road, Koongal has a main bar, bistro/function room area and 10 boarding rooms upstairs. There is also the potential for re-opening a drive-through bottle shop.

It has 10 boarding rooms and a large car park.

The corner property, which spans 1,608 sqm, was sold with vacant possession by Andrew Leach of Ray White.

This site has enormous potential for an Owner-Operator Publican or a redevelopment site~ in the future.

The property can be redeveloped subject to council approval.
