More fashion retail for Melbourne's Little Collins

Elk Accessories and Ugg Boots R Us have moved into Little Collins St, taking up leases in The Georges Apartments complex at 168-186 Little Collins Street.
Fitzroys agents Terence Yeh and Jordan Ceppi negotiated both deals on behalf of Annscroft.
Elk Accessories signed a seven-year deal with two five-year options at $95,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST for the 53sqm space at 182 Little Collins Street.
Ugg Boots R Us moved into a 48sqm space at 186 Little Collins Street (above) paying $95,000 per annum plus outgoings and GST.
